Welcome to youth baseball in 2020! Unfortunately things look a lot different this summer. Many have found other things to do, so this gives you a great opportunity! This summer you can build the arm strength to make your arm more resilient to avoid injury, to throw more in future seasons and throw HARDER! This program has been presented many times in a live setting, but thanks to COVID-19, you are getting virtually. This method will actually allow you to work at your own pace and will build the foundation for which you can work on your throwing until the snow flies! I designed this course based on the Toronto Blue Jays long toss program after years of seeing it be extremely effective at helping throwers at that level perform better and stay healthy. It has been adapted to be appropriate for minor ball players.
